am i hallucinating some similarities with lanxess in both industry and journey?

Thanks, will check it out when I have more time. But at first quick glance, this is a pass for me.

Lanxess might "look cheap" on P/E or FCF in 2027-28. Plenty of stocks look cheap now (or next year), with additional upside.

Not saying it can't/ won't work, but just something I would usually avoid.

there are ~2 positive differences, which is the shift in margin profile for improved subsidiaries and greater share liquidity.

so baekart is probable guess for existing subsidiaries successful before , whereas lanxess is such for some things that worked under former owners.
