Elevated quality at 7x P/E
welcome back!
am i hallucinating some similarities with lanxess in both industry and journey?
I haven't really followed Lanxess. Do have you have quick pitch for me or a write-up you like?
full pdf is also online somewhere.

Thanks, will check it out when I have more time. But at first quick glance, this is a pass for me.
Lanxess might "look cheap" on P/E or FCF in 2027-28. Plenty of stocks look cheap now (or next year), with additional upside.
Not saying it can't/ won't work, but just something I would usually avoid.
there are ~2 positive differences, which is the shift in margin profile for improved subsidiaries and greater share liquidity.
so baekart is probable guess for existing subsidiaries successful before , whereas lanxess is such for some things that worked under former owners.
Thanks, looks like a very interesting name.
What motivated the 2019 mgmt change?
Management shake-up after disappointing 2018 results (and share price going down). Time for change, with backing of the founding family.
